- Die vorliegende Aufnahme entstand 1976 unter der Leitung des damaligen Chefdirigenten des Bolshoi-Theaters Alexander Lazarew
- Der heute noch tätige Lazarew (Jahrgang 1945) gewann bereits 1972 die Goldmedaille im Herbert-von-Karajan-Dirigierwettbewerb
