The Brew: das sind Bassist Tim Smith, sein Sohn Kurtis Smith am Schlagzeug und das junge Phänomen Jason Barwick an Gitarre und Gesang. Die Generationen übergreifende Besetzung verbindet Elemente des klassischen Rocks aus den 60er und 70er Jahren mit den Sounds von heute.
Wie das ältere Bandmitglied erklärt, ist das explosive Gemisch auf ihrem aktuellen Album »A Million Dead Stars« sowohl für ältere als auch jüngere Musikfans interessant. Scheinbar über Nacht füllte die Band bereits Konzertsäle in verschiedenen Ländern und hatte zudem einen hochkarätigen TV-Auftritt beim prestigeträchtigen Rockpalast.
