Zum 150. Todestag des tschechischen Komponisten Vilém Blodek präsentiert SUPRAPHON einen echten Leckerbissen für Opernliebhaber: die Stereoaufnahme der Oper V studni von 1959, die nie zuvor auf einem physischen Medium veröffentlicht wurde. Die Aufnahme ist zwar kurzzeitig auf LP erschienen, allerdings nur in einer monophonen Version. Danach verschwand sie für mehrere Jahrzehnte aus dem Katalog. Nach sorgfältiger Restaurierung der Originalbänder wird diese Rarität aus den Anfängen der stereophonen Aufnahmetechnik in ihrer ganzen klanglichen Pracht wieder veröffentlicht.
