Biografie
Holly Webb wuchs im Londoner Südosten zusammen mit zwei Hunden, einer Katze und neun Wüstenrennmäusen auf. Mit zehn Jahren entdeckte sie ihre Leidenschaft für griechische Mythen und Sagen, die so weit reichte, dass sie Latein und Griechisch studierte und später Vorlesungen darüber hielt. Holly Webb arbeitete fünf Jahre lang als Kinderbuchlektorin, bis sie beschloss, selbst zu schreiben, weil das mehr Spaß macht und einfacher vom Sofa aus geht. Heute lebt die Autorin mit ihrem Mann, ihren drei Söhnen und ihrer Katze in Reading und leitet eine Pfadfindergruppe.
