The Business were formed in South London when the 70s were ending. Together with bands as Angelic Upstairs, Blitz or 4 Skins, they helped to redefine the punk sound that the seminal bands had created. With more aggressive lyrics and music, influenced by the first American hardcore bands, they made Oi! or Street Punk become the second wave of punk with more anger than their predecessors.
In the 80s they were active and also split up lots of times until 1994. This year the band recorded this »Keep the Faith« album. 13 hymns of street punk with lyrics about football, alcohol, drunken nights out and others dedicated to Maradona or Kurt Cobain. So put your boots on, open a big beer bottle and sing along with The Business.
