Das avantgardistische Kraut-Ensemble Supersempfft legte bereits im Jahr 1979 mit ihrem Debütalbum »Roboterwerke« den Grundstein für ihre techno-tropische Popmusik.
Im Jahr 1981 folgte das Album »Metaluna,« das nun durch eine Wiederveröffentlichung auf Bureau B gewürdigt wird. Die Gruppe, bestehend aus Dieter Kolb, Franz Knüttel und Franz Aumüller, verschmolz globale Einflüsse, experimentelle Klangwelten und surreale Texte zu einem einzigartigen Klangkosmos. »Metaluna« besticht durch seine wandernden Sequenzen, unkonventionellen Rhythmen und psychedelisches Songwriting, das auch Jahrzehnte später noch wegweisend ist.
