»Mr. Scrapper's Blues« ist das zweite Album von Scrapper Blackwell und wurde ursprünglich 1962 auf Bluesville Records veröffentlicht. Auf diesem abgespeckten Album ist Blackwell nur mit Gesang, Gitarre und Klavier zu hören. Der Produzent Arthur Rosenbaum sagt: »[Blackwells] Blues ist weniger direkt und zugänglich, dafür aber subtiler und persönlicher; seine Bedeutung hat sich im Laufe der Jahre vertieft.«
Dieses Album wurde bei QRP in Zusammenarbeit mit Acoustic Sounds auf 180-Gramm-Vinyl gepresst und ist in einer Replik mit Tip-On-Hülle untergebracht.
