Dieses 40-Track umfassende 2CD-Set fängt Sandy auf intime Weise ein, die durch abgespeckte Versionen von Songs mit Strawbs, Fairport Convention, Fotheringay, The Bund und von ihren 4 Soloalben aufgezeigt wird.
Unter den Tracks befinden sich auch drei exklusive Demos, die von den ursprünglichen Aufnahme-Sessions für das 1972 Bunch Album »Rock On« stammen, darunter ein schönes Duett mit Linda Thompson auf Phil Everlys »When Will I Be Loved« sowie Buddy Hollys »Love Made A Fool Of You« und »Learning The Game«.
