Die drei gleichnamigen Soloalben (»McCartney« von 1970, »McCartney II« von 1980 und »McCartney III« von 2020) wurden von Paul McCartney geschrieben, eingespielt und produziert und sind nun zum ersten Mal in einem speziellen Boxset erhältlich.
Das »McCartney I II III« Boxset enthält jeweils drei spezielle Fotoprints mit Notizen von Paul zu jedem Album. Das neu gestaltete Cover der Box und die Typografie des Schubers stammen von Ed Ruscha.
Als Abschluss von 50 Jahren unvergleichlicher Arbeit demonstriert jedes Album Paul McCartneys rastlose Kreativität und seinen abenteuerlichen künstlerischen Geist.
