Marillion legen 2019 ihr Album »Afraid Of Sunlight« neu auf, und zwar als Deluxe-CD-Box und Vinyl-Box-Set.

»Afraid Of Sunlight« ist das achte Studioalbum der Progressive-Rock-Legenden. Es erschien ursprünglich 1995.

Die neue CD-Edition umfasst vier CDs und eine Blu-ray. Die Vinylbox kommt mit fünf LPs.

Beide Boxen enthalten eine neue Version von »Afraid Of Sunlight«, die Anfang des Jahres von Michael Hunter neu gemischt wurde. In der CD-Edition wartet zudem der Original-Mix des Album-Produzenten Dave Meegan.

Zudem enthalten sowohl die CD- als auch die LP-Sammlung den Konzertmitschnitt »Live At The Rotterdam Ahoy Arena« vom 29. September 1995.

Last but not least warten auf der Blu-ray der CD-Version der ursprüngliche Mix von 1995 sowie der neue Mix in Stereo und Surround (48 / 24 LPCM Stereo Remix; 48 / 24 DTS 5.1 Mix; 48 / 24 LPCM 5.1 Mix).
