Das im November 1984 erschienene Album wurde am 11. Mai 1984 im Hammersmith Odeon aufgenommen, als die Band auf Tournee war, um das Album 'Stationary Traveller' zu promoten. Das Konzert war sehr denkwürdig und sah das ehemalige Mitglied Peter Bardens auf der Bühne für den letzten Teil des Sets.
Bei der ursprünglichen Veröffentlichung des Albums handelte es sich um eine Single-LP, auf der sechs Songs fehlten, darunter eine mitreißende Version von „Lady Fantasy“. Begleitend zum Album veröffentlichte Decca Records einen separaten Videofilm des Konzerts mit dem Titel „Pressure Points: Live in Concert', der den gesamten Auftritt zeigt.
Diese neue 3-Disc 2CD & MULTI-REGION Blu-Ray Videoversion enthält zwei CDs des Konzerts, die von Ben Wiseman neu gemastert wurden, sowie eine Video-Blu-ray des 'Pressure Points'-Konzertfilms und enthält ein illustriertes Booklet mit Essay.
