Der in London lebende Pariser Dancehall-Star veröffentlicht sein brandneues Album als CD und LP auf X-Ray Production.
Aus Paris stammend, hat sich der Sänger, Singjay und Produzent Blaiz Fayah in London niedergelassen und ist inzwischen einer der heißen Leader der europäischen Dancehall-Szene, steht insbesondere für das franko-karibisch und kreolisch geprägte Subgenre »Shatta«. 2012 wechselte er zu englischem Gesang und konnte daraufhin durch erfolgreiche Singles, insbesondere Club-DJ-Mixes und internationale Festivalauftritte seine Bekanntheit deutlich erhöhen.
Die 17 neuen Tracks wurden von der Creme der Beatmaker aus Martinique wie DJ Glad, Mafio House, Gyzmo, Mikado und B Mad produziert, auch das Team von Basshall Records (Kybba, Tribal Kush, Limitlezz) ist vertreten. »Shatta Ting« repräsentiert das topmoderne brandheiße Soundamalgam, das momentan die Crowds auf jedem Dancefloor der Welt ausrasten lässt, postdigitaler Dancehall-Minimalismus mit Autotune und Trapbeats und karibischen Störfeuern von Kompa, Moombahton, Reggaeton und Zouk.
