In Deutschland erreichte »Confessions« Platz zwei der Media Control Charts und bescherte Usher seine ersten Top-Ten-Platzierungen in den Single-Charts, darunter den Nummer-Eins-Hit »Yeah!«. Mit »Here I Stand« ist die selbst auferlegte Auszeit des Millionsellers nun allerdings offiziell beendet: »Love In This Club« ist die erste Single-Auskopplung aus Ushers fünftem Studioalbum, das am 23. Mai erscheint.
