Mit dieser neuen Einzel-CD richten wir den Fokus auf Hortons Balladen und unterstreichen damit seine Extraklasse als Sänger. Die Titelzusammenstellung stammt von Richard Bennett, der schon Emmylou Harris produziert hat und gegenwärtig mit Mark Knopfler arbeitet. Bennet sagt: -Hortons Stimme war mächtig, ansteckend und angenehm zugleich, sie lief fast über vor Charisma und Persönlichkeit. Er wurde schon immer für seine rockenden Temponummern und den Top-Hit 'Battle Of New Orleans' gelobt und gefeiert ' weniger erinnert man sich daran, welch bedeutender Balladensänger er war. Oft sind es die Rückseiten seiner Singles gewesen, auf denen die gefühlvollen Balladen versteckt waren, einige andere wurden irgendwo auf seinen LP untergebracht.
