Tracy Lynn Curry, besser bekannt unter seinem Künstlernamen The D. O.C., ist ein US-amerikanischer Rapper, Songwriter und Plattenproduzent, der 1996 sein zweites Studio-Album »Helter Skelter« veröffentlichte. Nach einem Autounfall 1989, bei dem seine Stimmbänder beschädigt wurden, war dies sein Comeback-Album. Seine Stimme hatte sich stark verändert, aber mit einer fantastischen Live-Band und gut entwickelten Texten wird der Gangsta-Rap wieder lebendig.
»Helter Skelter« gibt es jetzt zum ersten Mal auf Vinyl mit einem 4-seitigen Booklet als Insert.
