"In January-February 1974, we went to Italy to do a series of concerts organized by the Centre Cultural d'Emilie. I personally consider that tour to have been of great benefit to Sonny, since I sincerely believe he had never really 'streched out' so much before in his life. This live recording, which to me is much better than one made in studio, is proof of Sonny's enormous talent".
