Der im Karpatenvorland geborene polnische Pianist Tomasz Lupa präsentiert auf DUX ein aufschlussreiches Programm mit Klavierwerken der drei romantischen polnischen Komponisten Józef Elsner, Franciszek Lessel und Karol Kurpinski. Ihr Wirken reicht zum Teil bis in die ersten Jahre des 19. Jahrhunderts zurück und ist ein eindrucksvoller Beleg für die reiche polnische Musikkultur vor Frédéric Chopin.
