Biografie (Leonie Swann)
Leonie Swann wurde 1975 in der Nähe von München geboren. Sie studierte Philosophie, Psychologie und Englische Literaturwissenschaft in München und Berlin. Die Idee zu ihrem Buch entstand während eines Aufenthaltes in Paris, als sie plötzlich eine große Sehnsucht nach dem Landleben überkam - und nach Schafen, mit denen sie auf einer Irlandreise Bekanntschaft geschlossen hatte.
