US-Singer/Songwriter Tyler Ramsey, der einstige Leadgitarrist und Co-Songwriter von Band of Horses hat sein neues Solo Album For The Morning angekündigt, das bei Fantasy Records erscheint. Laut eigener Aussage inspiriert von der überwältigenden Naturszenerie, die sein Haus in den Bergen bei Asheville, North Carolina, umgibt, verbindet Ramsey Rock-, Country- und Folk-Elemente auf der LP zu seinem ganz eigenen Roots-Sound.
For The Morning wurde komplett geschrieben und produziert von Ramsey. Die Aufnahmen machte er zusammen mit Toningenieur Kevin Ratterman (My Morning Jacket, Ray LaMontagne, Joan Shelley, Strand of Oaks) und Seth Kauffman von Floating Action (zudem Tourmusiker für Jim James, Ray LaMontagne) in den La La Land Studios in Louisville, Kentucky.
