Am 28. Oktober 2019 haben The Damned die Bühne des renommierten London Palladium Theaters für eine Nacht in eine Vampir-Gruft verwandelt und auf den Tag genau drei Jahre später wird der Mitschnitt veröffentlicht als Live-Album mit dem Titel »A Night of A Thousand Vampires«.
Die Punk-Ikonen, die sich seitdem musikalisch vielseitig präsentieren, liefern einen wilden Ritt, voller bildgewaltiger und musikalischer Highlights quer durch 40 Jahre Bandgeschichte mit Klassikern wie »Wait For the Blackout« aber auch selten aufgeführten Covern wie »People Are Strange« und »Eloise«.
