»This Is The Bluebells« wurde live in den Beetroot Studios in Airdrie unter Mitwirkung des Produzenten Stuart MacLeod aufgenommen und anschließend von Paul McGeechan gemastert.
Zum ersten Mal enthält das Album Songs, die gemeinsam von allen Mitgliedern der aktuellen Bluebells-Besetzung geschrieben wurden. Campbell Owens, Douglas MacIntyre und Mick Slaven arbeiteten gemeinsam mit den Gründungsmitgliedern Robert »Bobby Bluebell« Hodgens, David McCluskey und Ken McCluskey an dem Album, um diese neue Sammlung von Titeln zu schaffen. Das Ergebnis ist ein atemberaubendes Werk: reichhaltig, melodisch, nachdenklich und mitreißend. Die erste Single »No Pasaran!« feierte im September 2025 ihre Premiere bei BBC Radio Scotland und in The Herald.
