»No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls« ist das erste Studioalbum der kanadischen Rockband Simple Plan. Gegründet von Mitgliedern der Band Reset, verbrachten Simple Plan über ein Jahr damit, ihr erstes Album mit dem Produzenten Arnold Lanni aufzunehmen. Es ist ein Pop-Punk-Album, das sich um das Ausgestoßensein dreht und Vergleiche mit Blink-182, Good Charlotte und New Found Glory aufkommen ließ. Nachdem sie bei dem Major-Label Atlantic Records unterschrieben hatten, wurde »I'm Just a Kid« im Februar 2002 als Single veröffentlicht und im März folgte »No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls«.
