Silkworms zweites Album »In the West« erscheint zum ersten Mal auf Vinyl, weltweit limitiert auf 1500 Stück! Der Remix wurde vom Original 2" Tape bei Electrical Audio in Chicago mit Steve Albini durchgeführt, der auch für die Original Aufnahmen im Jahr 1993 verantwortlich war.
Als Bonus gibt es zum Album ergänzendes Material wie neue Linernotes von Silkworms Tim Midyett, den bisher nur auf einer Single erschienenen Songs »Incanduce California« & »In The Bleak Midwinter« sowie eine Liveversion von The Dream Syndicates »Halloween«, aufgenommen 1994 in der Chicagoer Lounge Ax.
