„Playing to Win“ ist das vierte Album der Band gewesen, das 1978 veröffentlicht wurde.
„Ghost Riders“ war das sechste, ursprünglich 1980 erschienene, Album, das von vielen Fans als letztes klassisches Outlaws-Album im Band-typischen Southern Rock Stil angesehen wird.
Ihre Version von „Ghost Riders In the Sky“ war einer ihrer erfolgreichsten Titel, der ihnen eine Top50-Platzierung in den US-Singlecharts verschaffte.
