Die Band One Ok Rock bringt ihr neues Album »Eye Of The Storm« raus!
Bevor die vierköpfige Band aus Japan ihr neuntes Studioalbum mit insgesamt 13 Tracks rausbringt, wurde bereits Ende November 2018 der Titeltrack »Stand Out Fit In« veröffentlicht. Zu der elektrisierenden Single erschien bereits ein Video, bei dem der preisgekrönte Filmemacher Peter Huang (Martin Garrix, Avicii, Jessie Reyez) Regie führte. Die Band sagt über ihr neues Album, dass sie sich im Entstehungsprozess selber herausgefordert haben, neue Dinge auszuprobieren.
Im Jahr 2017 feierte die Band mit ihrem explosiven achten Album »Ambitions« ihr Debüt unter dem Label Fueled By Ramen (Twenty One Pilots, Panic! At The Disco, Paramore). Mit 315.000 verkauften Tonträgern schoss das Album an die Spitze der »Global Album Charts« und war damit in der ersten Veröffentlichungswoche das meistverkaufte Album auf dem Planeten. Sowohl das achte Album »Ambitions« als auch das vorangegangene Album »35xxxv« erreichten Platz Eins der Japanischen Albumcharts.
One Ok Rock sind japanische Superstars, die bereits nationale und internationale Shows in ausverkauften Arenen spielten.
