Im "Rock Hard" zog Hanno Kress die Höchstnote zehn. Die Platte drücke „unendliche Weiten“ aus, „in denen sich die Fans verirren können.“ Das Album sei ein „psychedelisches Meisterwerk des Neu-Hardrock", was maßgeblich der Hitsingle „Negasonic Teenage Warhead“ zu verdanken war.
