Nach seinem großartigen Album »Stone Beads And Silver« aus dem Jahr 2013 und dem Re-Release seiner ersten vier Alben, meldet sich der Dubliner Singer/Songwriter Marc Carroll mit einem brandneuen Album zurück. »Love Is All Or Love Is Not At All« bietet zehn neue Songs, die unerschütterlich und kompromisslos den Triumph der Liebe über Zerstörung und Not reflektieren. Der Titelsong entstand in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dichter, Autoren, Philosophen und legendären Musiker Penny Rimbaud, der vielen noch als der Drummer, Mentor und Initiator der Anarcho-Punkband Crass bekannt ist. Zu den weiteren Gästen gehört auch Jody Stephens von der legendären US-Band Big Star. Zu erwähnen ist außerdem das Album Cover Artwort, das von Gee Vaucher gestaltet wurde, der für die Artworks von Crass verantwortlich war.
