Die deutschen Hardrock-Legenden Mad Max aus Münster freuen sich auf die Wiederveröffentlichung ihrer frühen Werke, zwei wichtige Dokumente der frühen Metal-Szene in Deutschland. Mad Max traten erstmals 1981 mit der 4-Track-EP »In Concert« in Erscheinung, gefolgt von ihrem legendären Debütalbum »Heavy Metal« im Jahr darauf. Mad Max waren damit Pioniere einer neuen deutschen Hardrock- und Metal-Szene, die bis dahin nur The Scorpions und Accept gekannt hatte.
