The Loft waren eine der ersten Bands, die Alan McGee für sein Creation-Label signte. Leider löste sich die Band um Mastermind Pete Astor bereits nach zwei Singles auf, die einzelnen Mitglieder machten bei Kultbands wie the Weather Prophets, The Caretaker Race und The Wishing Stones weiter. Diese Doppel-CD vereint alle sieben Studioaufnahmen, eine Janice Long BBC Radio 1 Session sowie diverse Live-tracks von 1984 und Reunion-Aufnahmen aus den Jahre 2005 und 2015.
