Glenn Hughes Karriere begann 1969 als Bassist und Sänger der britischen Rock-Formation Trapeze. Mitglieder waren unter anderem Mel Galley (Gitarre, Whitesnake & Phenomena) und Dave Holland (Schlagzeug, Judas Priest). Von 1973 bis 1976 war er Bassist und Sänger bei der Hardrockformation Deep Purple. Hughes dynamische Kopfstimme prägte zusammen mit dem bluesigen Organ von David Coverdale den Sound von Deep Purple in dieser Zeit. Danach startete Hughes seine Solokarriere.
Dieses 6 CD-Box-Set dokumentiert großartige Konzertmitschnitte aus den Jahren 1993, 1996 und 2013. Eine Empfehlung für alle Fans von Deep Purple und Black Sabbath.
