Dead Or Alive haben weltweit mehr als 30 Millionen Alben und 25 Millionen Singles verkauft und Stock Aitken Waterman ihre erste Nummer-1-Single beschert. Ihre ersten drei Alben, die die Band selbst geschrieben hat, erreichten alle die britischen Top 30, wobei »Youthquake« die Top 10 erreichte.

In den 1980er Jahren erreichten sie sieben Singles in den Top 40 des Vereinigten Königreichs und schafften es in diesem Jahrhundert mit einem Remix und einer Originalversion von »You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)« erneut in die Charts.

Das renommierte US-Magazin Billboard listete sie in die Top 100 der erfolgreichsten »Dance Artists« aller Zeiten auf.

Diese limitierte Box enthält die Singles, die ursprünglich bei CBS Records (Sony Music) und später von der Band selbst veröffentlicht wurden, sowie ausgewählte Lizenzen, die Pete Burns und Steve Coy mit anderen Firmen abgeschlossen haben.

Um die Authentizität dieses CD-Singles-Box-Sets zu bewahren, erschienen die auf diesen CD-Singles enthaltenen Titel überwiegend auf den verschiedenen Formaten der offiziellen internationalen Versionen, so dass es Fälle geben wird, in denen verschiedene B-Seiten veröffentlicht wurden, sowie die Aufnahme einer Duplizierung von Titeln aus früheren Singles.

Die einzelnen, neu gemasterten Wiederveröffentlichungen sind in nachgebildeten Minisleeves verpackt, die es bei allen nationalen und internationalen Veröffentlichungen von Dead Or Alive gab.
