Am 20. Oktober 1972 betrat Ziggy Stardust das Santa Monica Civic Auditorium während der Ziggy Stardust Welttournee. Die Aufnahmen dieser atemberaubenden Show waren mehr als 20 Jahre nur als Bootleg erhältlich. Nicht nur unter Bowie-Fans galt das Konzert als eines der besten Shows von Bowie und seinen Spiders from Mars. 1994 folgte die offizielle Veröffentlichung und nun erscheint dieser Live-Meilenstein endlich wieder auf Vinyl!
