Dr. Feelgood gelten sowohl als die Vorreiter der 70er-Punk-Welle als auch als Inbegriff des sogenannten Pub-Rocks, der Antithese zum Stadion-Rock. Und doch war die Band noch so viel mehr.
Ein perfektes Dokument dafür bietet die 3 CDs + 1DVD umfassenden Retrospektive "All Through The City (With Wilko 1974-1977)". Sie liefert über 20 Live-Tracks aus verschiedenen Konzerten des Jahres 1975, u. a. aus der legendären TV-Show "The Old Grey Whistle Test" oder von einem finnischen Rock-Festival. Die 3 CDs teilen sich wie folgt auf: Die ersten beiden enthalten die 3 Studio-Alben ("Down By The Jetty", "Malpractice", "Sneakin' Suspicion") und das eine Live-Album ("Stupidity"), an denen Wilko Johnson beteiligt war. CD 3 weist komplett teils unveröffentlichte Raritäten auf, Demos, Non-Album-Singles, Song-Variationen und weitere Live-Tracks.
Nachdem dieses Package letztes Jahr bereits als aufwendiges hochformatiges Digibook veröffentlicht wurde, gibt es nun hiermit auch die Rack- und Geldbeutel - freundliche Variante im Multipack.
