Although Live At Last, the first official Black Sabbath live album, - featuring Ozzy before he left the band - was released in the UK in 1980, WB operatives in the US curiously ignored it and launched 1982's Live Evil - with new singer Ronnie James Dio - as the band's first official live album. Soon afterward Warner, now eager to put out a non-bootleg live performance with Osbourne on vocals released it in North America. Live At Last captures the masters of metal in a top performance thanks to their powerful classics such as "War Pigs," "Paranoid," "Sweet Leaf" and "Children of the Grave."
