In einem Vergnügungspark soll der größte Drogendeal Asiens zwischen SAN, dem Boß des Hongkong-Syndikats und CHAI, einem Drogenhändler der Mafia abgewickelt werden. Aber die Polizei hat einen heißen Tip erhalten und stellt eine Falle. Doch plötzlich taucht ein unbekanntes junges Mädchen auf, und die großangelegte Operation schlägt fehl.
