Nachdem sich Reggie und Mike in letzter Sekunde vor dem Tall Man retten konnten, werden sie in ein Krankenhaus eingeliefert, wo sie aufs Neue attackiert werden. Die Flucht von dort endet für Mike in den Fängen des "großen Mannes". Diesmal schafft es der Tall Man, Mike in seine Gewalt zu bekommen und ihn in seine morbide Welt zu entführen. Nun ist Reggie auf sich allein gestellt, doch eine Kapitulation vor dem Bösen ist keine Option. Um Mike aus dessen Fängen zu befreien, macht er sich auf den Weg zum Mausoleum von Holtsville, wo sich ein riesiges Krematorium befindet. Dort stellt sich Reggie, verstärkt durch ein paar neugewonnene Mitstreiter, einer Armee aus Untoten, silbernen Kugeln und dem Tall Man. Es kommt zum unausweichlichen Kampf der zwei Welten...
