As the successor to the Blu-ray Disc, the Ultra HD Blu-ray is an optical data storage device for movies in ultra-high definition format. The eponymous Ultra HD resolution is a maximum of 3840 × 2160 pixels. In contrast to its predecessor, it also supports a higher contrast range, a higher refresh rate and a larger color space. Normal Blu-ray players cannot play the new media. Ultra HD Blu-ray-capable devices are usually backward compatible.

Blu-Ray Disc

The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.

Am Anfang seiner Karriere als berühmtester Geheimagent aller Zeiten hat James Bond zwar noch keine Lizenz zum Töten, ist aber nicht weniger gefährlich! Bereits nach zwei professionellen Attentaten in kurzer Zeit wird er in den »00«-Status befördert. M, die Chefin des britischen Secret Service, schickt 007 auf seine erste Mission. Die führt ihn nach Madagaskar, auf die Bahamas und schließlich nach Montenegro, wo er auf Le Chiffre trifft. Der rücksichtslose Finanzier wird von seiner Kundschaft aus dem Terroristenmilieu bedroht und will beim Pokerspiel im Casino Royale seine Kasse auffüllen. M unterstellt Bond dem wachsamen Auge der Regierungsbeamtin Vesper Lynd. Schließlich treffen Le Chiffres Gerissenheit und Grausamkeit die beiden Agenten auf eine Weise, dass Bond seine wichtigste Lektion lernt: Vertraue niemandem!
