Blu-Ray players are usually backward compatible with DVDs, so that they can also be played.

Bei einem Überfall auf die Nationalbank werden die Täter im Feuergefecht getötet - doch eigentlich sind sie ja schon tot! Das jedenfalls schwört die Gerichtsmedizinerin, die behauptet, die Ganoven schon einmal auf ihrem Seziertisch zerlegt zu haben. Die Police Detectives Mortis und Bigelow werden auf den Fall angesetzt. Dass dieser Auftrag nicht ganz ungefährlich ist, merken die beiden sofort, denn Mortis wird bei der ersten heißen Spur getötet. Und was macht ein soeben erschossener Cop, der dank modernster Technik wieder zum Leben erwacht und vergnügt mit seiner MG rumfuchtelt - klar doch, er sucht seinen Mörder! Frei nach dem Motto: ein toter Cop ist ein noch besserer Cop, gehen Mortis und Bigelow im Verbrecherdschungel von Los Angeles auf Großwildjagd...
