Jake Rave kriegt plötzlich einen Anruf, dass sein Bruder tot sei. Sein Bruder soll in Manila tot aufgefunden worden sein. Daraufhin fliegt Jake nach Manila. Dort findet er heraus, dass sein Bruder bei einem Turnier mitgemacht hat und jemanden während einem Kampf getötet hat. Der Mörder von Jakes' Bruder soll angeblich mitkämpfen.
