Eigentlich wollte die in den USA studierende südkoreanische Studentin A-jung sich nur eine Auszeit vom stressigen Universitätsalltag nehmen. Das Angebot ihrer japanischen Freundin Takako zusammen mit anderen japanischen Studenten in ein abgelegenes Haus zu fahren, nimmt A-jung daher gerne an. Der erhoffte Erholungstrip verwandelt sich jedoch in einen grauenhaften Albtraum, als die Studenten mit zwei psychopathischen Hillbilly-Brüdern aneinandergeraten. Doch dies ist noch das kleinste Übel angesichts der vorherrschenden übernatürlichen Macht, die ohne Vorwarnung von jedem Körper besitz ergreifen kann. Das ohnehin schon blutige Treiben verwandelt sich in ein wahres Schlachtfest.
