The Blu-Ray was developed as a high-definition successor to the DVD and offers a significantly increased data rate and storage capacity compared to its predecessor. Blu-Rays can therefore store movies with significantly better resolution and offer enormously high picture quality on corresponding screens. Eine Zirkusfamilie wird 1994 von den Anwohnern eines kleinen Dorfs in den Tod getrieben, da der dortige Pfarrer alle mit dem Gedanken infiziert hat, dass die Zirkusleute vom Teufel besessen sind. 25 Jahre später macht eine Gruppe College-Kids auf dem Weg zu einem Musikfestival einen Boxenstopp in der Wüste. Einer von ihnen entdeckt den verlassenen Ort und stößt dort auf den einzig Überlebenden des Massakers, der nun als Clown Thoth blutige Rache an allen Durchreisenden nimmt. Als der Rest der Gruppe sich auf die Suche nach ihrem verschwundenen Freund macht, begehen auch sie den Fehler ihres Lebens: Sie betreten das Zirkuszelt, das Thoth in ein mit tödlichen Fallen gespicktes Labyrinth verwandelt hat.
