About the film
Alex ist 30 Jahre jung und ein durch und durch liebenswürdiger und netter Kerl. Zu nett. Als seine Freundin Carolin eines Tages mit Jens (Thomas Kretschmann), dem harten Kerl aus dem zweiten Stock, durchbrennt und Alex auch noch aus ihrer gemeinsamen Wohnung wirft, bricht für ihn eine Welt zusammen. Erschöpft sucht er Trost und Unterschlupf bei seiner wunderbar chaotischen Freundin Nele (Sibel Kekilli), die zwar weiß, wie man Pandas rettet, aber in Sachen Beziehungen selbst noch nicht wirklich sortiert ist. Bei Alex‘ bestem Freund „Okke“ (Elyas M’Barek) nimmt er daher Unterricht im „Mann werden“.
