Zum Zeitpunkt der Entstehung dieses Albums war Chet sowohl für seinen Gesang als auch für sein Trompetenspiel bekannt. Diese LP ist jedoch vollständig instrumental und besteht aus neun Balladen, die in den Stilen von Hard Bop bis Cool Jazz vorgetragen werden.
