2024 erscheinende Dokumentation über das Leben von Komponistin und Pianistin Fanny Mendelssohn, die ältere Schwester des Komponisten und Pianisten Felix Mendelssohn. Beim Film führte Fanny’s Ur-Ur-Enkelin Sheila Hayman Regie. Sie ist bereits mit BAFTA und BAFTA Fullbright Awards ausgezeichnet.

In einer Zeit, in der die Rolle von Frauen noch ganz anders als heute gesehen wurde, sind einige von Fannys Kompositionen unter dem Namen ihres Bruders veröffentlicht worden. In ihrem Leben hat Fanny Mendelssohn fast 450 Musikstücke komponiert, von denen viele bislang weder veröffentlicht noch live aufgeführt worden sind. Der Film begibt sich auf die Suche nach der lange als vermisst geltenden Oster-Sonate, von der man bislang annahm, dass sie ihr Bruder geschrieben hätte. Die Dokumentation beschäftigt sich aber auch mit Fannys Leben generell. Ihre Musik wird im Film lebendig durch musikalische Darbietungen der Decca-Künstlerin Isata Kanneh-Mason.
