Elli Bruder, geboren 1980 in der Pfalz, hat schon als kleines Mädchen gerne Bildergeschichten gezeichnet. Seit dem Studium in Schottland und Freiburg arbeitet sie als Grafikerin/Illustratorin. Sie lebt mit ihrem Mann und einem Stall voller Tiere am Ratzeburger See in Norddeutschland.
