Biography

Yukito Kishiro wurde am 20. März 1967 in Tokyo geboren und wuchs in Chiba auf. Schon in Kindertagen fand er besonderen Gefallen am Zeichnen von technischem Gerät und Monstren, was ihn während der Schulzeit dazu brachte, Hunderte von Seiten mit Motiven dieser Art zu füllen. Bereits im Alter von 17 Jahren veröffentlichte er seinen ersten Comic, für den er den Nachwuchszeichnerpreis des Magazins "Shogakukan" entgegennahm, was ihm fortan einen festen Platz in dem Magazin sicherte. Zu seinen Hobbies zählen das Entwerfen von 3D-Grafiken am Computer und das Sammeln von Musikstücken aus alten Animes und TV-Serien. Außerdem sammelt er Bücher über "verrücktes Zeug jedweder Art".
