Walter Glenn Bublé (pronounced Boo-blay) was born in 1962 in Queens, New York. He is an artist specializing in firefighting art. He produces open and limited edition prints based on his original oil on canvas paintings. He also produces American Civil War canvas prints. Bublé's firefighting work depict the firefighters and apparatus of fire departments in northeastern United States. His work covers the Fire Department of New York (City), Philadelphia Fire Department, Chicago Fire Department, Ithaca Fire Department, as well as various volunteer fire departments. His work can be found in the American Museum of Firefighting in Hudson, New York. The New York State Fire Academy also holds limited edition prints of his entire collection in its collection at Montour Falls, New York. Upcoming works depict Boston Fire Department and the FDNY Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Band.
