A Comparison of the Offenses of Theft, Robbery, Deprivation of Liberty and Murder out of Malice«: The thesis provides a comparison of the various groups of persons and offenses using medical findings. This highlights various inconsistencies in the current state of research and develops possible solutions. Among other things, it is shown that sleeping and unconscious persons must be treated equally when it comes to a murder out of malice. Following on from this, a reform proposal for this characteristic of murder is presented.
