Pobodze [pbdz] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dzierzgowo, within Mawa County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Gmina Dzierzgowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Mawa County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Dzierzgowo, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Mawa and 108 km (67 mi) north of Warsaw. The gmina covers an area of 150.63 square kilometres (58.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3, 405. Mawa County (Polish: powiat mawski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Masovian Voivodeship, east-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and only town is Mawa, which lies 109 kilometres (68 mi) north-west of Warsaw. The county covers an area of 1, 182.3 square kilometres (456.5 sq mi). As of 2006 its total population is 73, 355, out of which the population of Mawa is 29, 702 and the rural population is 43, 653.
