Biografie (Gene Luen Yang)
Gene Luen Yang startete 1996 unter seinem eigenem Label Humble Comics mit Yamamoto and the King of the Geeks , wofür er später den Xeric Grant erhielt. Seither schrieb und zeichnete er zahlreiche Comics. Mit seiner Arbeit American Born Chinese konnte er 2006 die Fans und Kritiker überzeugen und erhielt den American Library Association's Printz Award sowie einen Eisner Award für "Best Graphic Album New".
